Denver Rockets Basketball Women's T-Shirt
The ABA decided to move their Kansas City franchise to Denver, Colorado in the early part of 1967. The new owner would be Bill Ringsby, owner of Denver based trucking company Ringsby Rocket Trucking System. It only made sense to call the newly acquired ABA team the Denver Rockets. The Rockets would play its home games in Auditorium Arena for a long period of time before the team overhauled its entire image in 1971. They changed the colors, uniforms, and even logo that year along with the coaching staff and players. The Rockets would also begin to play their home games at the Denver Coliseum until they were renamed the Nuggets headed into the 1974-1975 season.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability. Please note: Our women’s t-shirt runs small for most people so we suggest ordering at least one size up. See our size chart for exact dimensions. If you prefer a more relaxed fit we recommend the men/unisex option.
