The Memphis Southmen, also known as the Memphis Grizzlies (not affiliated with the Memphis Grizzlies of the NBA), were an American football team based in Memphis, Tennessee. They played in the World Football League (WFL), which operated in 1974 and 1975. They played their home games at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium.

I remember calling the Southmen, the Grizzlies as a kid. I also remember Csonka, Kiick, and Morris leaving the Dolphins to join the WFL. I am glad to see this logo again and to have it on a T-Shirt. Thanks, Allegiant
