The Louisville Icehawks moved to Jacksonville in '95 where they would be known as the Lizard Kings for 5 seasons. Although they competed in the Jacksonville market with the Bullets of the SHL, that team would fold after the '96 season leaving the Lizard Kings as the only professional hockey team.
