The Phantoms were a professional inline hockey franchise located in Pittsburgh, PA. Their nickname and logo were heavily influenced by the "Steel Phantom," a famous roller coaster located at a nearby amusement park. The team would compete in Roller Hockey International in 1994 and fold after only one season.

The Pittsburgh Phantoms were a professional roller hockey team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States that played in Roller Hockey International. The team got its name from the "Steel Phantom" rollercoaster, located at Kennywood Park, a theme park located in the suburb of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.
