A throwback to the Ambush, the legendary gay leather bar that ran at 1351 Harrison and Dore Alley from 1973 to 1986. A cornerstone of San Francisco's South of Market leather scene, a haven for gay leathermen, bears, and bikers. It doubled as a genuine art gallery, with walls by Chuck Arnett, the artist who defined the look of gay leather culture in America. The Ambush was an institution. If you were there, you remember it.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability.
