Any company selling graphic t-shirts does not manufaccture their own shirts. The custom necklabel is simply printed. This is standard across the industry. At times when our production needs to move faster, we will skip printing our own custom neck label. However, whether we print the custom necklabel, or leave the manufacture's tear-away label, it is the same industry-leading, high quality product with the exact same product specs that are detailed in the description as well as size chart. While our garments are considered mid-weight by modern industry standards, some customers prefer thicker, heavier fabric, even though this is normally a sign of a lower-quality garment. Nonetheless, we do in fact have a very simple return and exchange policy contrary to what you have claimed in your review.
