A throwback to the original Bun Boy, the roadside restaurant in Baker, "Gateway to Death Valley" and one of the hottest towns on earth, out on the I-15 run between L.A. and Vegas. Owner Willis Herron, who grew up in the same Kentucky town as Colonel Sanders, gave the place its immortal landmark: the World's Tallest Thermometer, 134 feet tall to match the 134°F record set just up the road in Death Valley in 1913. The Bun Boy is gone now, but that thermometer still towers over Baker. If you ever stopped at the Bun Boy on the desert run, you remember it.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability.
