A throwback to Chez Firehouse, the firehouse-themed supper club at 141 East 55th Street in 1930s New York; dining, dancing, and a midnight show, listed in the guidebooks right alongside the Stork Club and 21. Ernest Hemingway kept a souvenir photo from a night here, snapped with Martha Gellhorn; his widow found it decades later among his things in Key West. Café-society New York at full tilt. If you caught the midnight show at Chez Firehouse, you remember it.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability.
