A throwback to Ireland’s Oyster House, Jim Ireland’s seafood place on North Clark Street, just north of the Loop. By 1931, when Chicago thought fish, it thought Ireland’s. It never closed: open from noon until the roosters crowed, packed with the theatre crowd before the curtain and again after it, with waiters as quick as runners on the Board of Trade floor. The oysters came in from the coasts, and the whitefish came down from Lake Superior, and nobody in town cooked it better.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability.
