A throwback to the Rainbow Room, the 3,000-square-foot ballroom inside Asbury Park's Albion Hotel at Ocean and Second. For years it was one of the beating hearts of the Jersey Shore's gay and lesbian scene. In 1988 it got its brush with Hollywood when Mickey Rourke's Homeboy filmed a nightclub scene there, dressing the room as a strip club and putting the staff in as extras. The hotel was taken by eminent domain and closed for good on New Year's Day, 1990, but the Rainbow Room's neon sign survived, restored and lit again in 2012, it hangs downtown to this day. If you danced at the Rainbow Room, you remember it.

This updated unisex essential fits like a vintage well-loved favorite. Expertly crafted with an ultra-soft fabric, baby rib collar, reinforced side-seam, and excellent quality print, our shirts will easily be the best in your closet. Solid colors are 100% cotton, heather colors feature a 52/48 cotton/poly blend.
