A throwback to Saltzman’s Health Bakery and Coffee Shop in Buffalo, New York, where the pies came out of an all-electric kitchen and the coffee was always on. Buffalo was among the first cities in America lit by Niagara Falls power, and a bakery that baked with electricity instead of coal or gas had something to brag about. Pies by the tin, pastries by the box, and a counter to sit at while you decided. Health bakery was the claim. The cream puffs were the evidence.
Our women’s slim-fitting t-shirt features a classic set-in crew neck collar with tapered shoulders, and side seam stitching to ensure it keeps it’s shape wash after wash. We use an incredibly soft cotton that’s combed and ringspun. With a fabric weight of 4.2 oz, they have just the right amount of comfort and breathability.
