The order was picked up by our shipping provider the following Monday. This means that production and handling took less than 1 business day. Shipping on your order took 7 days. As you may realize, we do not control the United States Postal Service, they merely ship our packages. So, once we send it, the shipping time is out of our control. While ordering, you may have missed our production and shipping estimates. For future reference, these are available in the description of every single product, as well as in the footer of every single page, as well as within your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation emails. Based on these estimates, our order did in fact arrive within the expected timeline. It took a total of 10 days to arrive. We certainly would not describe 10 days as 'weeks' as you have described in your review.
